The last number of the ALSO Newsletter has been dedicated to the ALSO Final Event of the last 4 and 5 October in Osimo and to the International Photo Competition, launched in the context of the Conference, on the theme “Europe based on Innovation and Knowledge” (in a few days, the electronic catalogue of the Exhibition, will be available for the download).

Thanks to the precious contribution given by the Environment, Research, Enterprise and Industry DG of European Commission, the ALSO Newsletter marks the most important results achieved by the Lisbon Strategy in its main pillars.

Very hopeful the future perspectives of the Lisbon Strategy Policy, underlined during the Conference, in terms of new jobs, of the decrease of the unemployment percentage and of the essential role of the regional authorities, considered as the new instrument of the social and economic development.

We remind to the ALSO people that, even if the ALSO Project is finished, the ALSO activities could continue with other European Projects, in the New Programming Period 2007-2013.

The Lead Partner of the ALSO Project, will be committed to these objectives!
